Product features:
Platform material: 304 stainless steel (which still has weak magnetism compared to 304L steel and is considered "near non-magnetic"). If higher magnetic field requirements are required, it is recommended to use our company's polyethylene optical platform.
There are two types of platforms: non-magnetic tabletop or non-magnetic tabletop and support (cost and experiment need to be considered by oneself)
Application: Has high requirements for magnetic fields.
The precision non-magnetic air floating platform developed and produced by Sanyou Dingsheng Technology Co., Ltd. can meet the vibration isolation requirements of precision loads, and provide universal vibration isolation solutions for most equipment and instruments to improve the vibration environment and maximize the efficiency of equipment and instruments.
Suitable for applications in microscopy, optical path testing, optical measurement, laser interferometry, laser scanning, spectroscopy experiments, and other fields.
■ Excellent vibration isolation performance: Equipped with a precision air spring vibration isolation system, it has excellent natural frequency and good attenuation effect on vibrations in multiple directions, especially in the vertical direction, avoiding external vibration interference on equipment accuracy and improving the accuracy and efficiency of instrument use.
■ Automatic leveling function: When the position of the load changes, the platform quickly adjusts the air pressure inside the air spring through high-precision valves to automatically maintain the level. All pneumatic components are sourced from FESTO products in Germany and come standard with high-quality ultra quiet compressors.
The platform adopts a steel core clamping plate structure, which has the advantages of light weight, high rigidity, and high damping. The upper panel is made of high-quality high magnetic conductivity stainless steel icr17, which has been precision ground and processed to achieve high flatness. The rotary polishing process removes burrs to achieve non reflective and matte effects. The panel has an M6 screw hole array, which is easy to fix optical components.
The vibration isolation support is made of high-quality welded steel pipes, which are sturdy and reliable as a whole.
The working pressure is 0.35-0.6Mpa, and the standard configuration of a pressure regulating filter valve will ensure the long-term effective operation of the air spring. Users only need to connect the air pipe to the air inlet to enable the device to perform its vibration isolation function normally. The air source can be supplied through a small air compressor or nitrogen cylinder, making it easy to use in quiet environments.
